I've also applied those lessons for the benefit of local small to medium size companies, where tools and techniques I’ve used such as design thinking, journey mapping, and rapid prototyping are extremely useful for clients needing to connect better with their customers, build trust, and gain competitive advantage.

As the UX Lead for Equitable’s Employee Benefits (EB) team, I was responsible for designing user interfaces and interaction flows across multiple platforms supporting proposal, amendment, and renewal workflows (PAR), group onboarding, and administrative functions. These tools served as front-ends to large financial databases and were critical to the day-to-day operations of internal teams and external clients.
